1. Returns and Refunds Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible products within 14 days of receiving your order if they meet the following conditions:
Condition of Item: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: Please include a copy of your purchase confirmation or receipt with the returned item.
Custom Orders: Custom-made or personalized gloves are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you have questions about sizing or specifications for custom orders, please contact us before placing your order.

3. Return Shipping
Domestic Returns (within Ireland): Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For high-value items, we recommend using a tracked service.
International Returns: For customers outside of Ireland, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, including any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process.
Please Note: We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Ensure items are securely packaged and shipped with a reputable carrier.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it is in acceptable condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be made to the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., defective product, incorrect item shipped).
